God, reveal to me my sins so that I may ask for your forgiveness and your blessing on my prayers. God, Lord Jesus Christ – glorious Father, show me how to pray for them. Guided my prayers to pray according to you will for their life. Give me the faith to pray to you, to trust you and to visualize your will working in their lives. In my prayer Lord, keep me from self-pity and let my prayers reflect your desire. Let the spirit intercede for me and give great power to my prayers. Show me how to pray Lord and I will trust you with the outcomes of this prayer. I ask that my prayers glorify you. Reveal your truth to me so that my prayers are according to your promises.
When praying for others, pray as Paul did.
Ephesians 1:15 - 19
16 – Thank you God for this person
17 – Give them the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know you better
18 – Enlighten the eyes of their heart in order that they may know your hope, the riches of your glorious inheritance, and your power
Colossians 1:9 - 12
9 – Fill them with the knowledge of your will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding
10 – May they live a life worthy of you Lord, may they please you, bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of you
11 – Strengthen them according to your power, giving them endurance and patience
12 – Give them thankful hearts
Philippians 1:9
9 – Let their love abound more in knowledge and depth of insight
May they be able to discern what is best,
May they be pure and blameless until the day Christ
Fill them with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ
God, infuse them with your wisdom and strength.
God, meet their needs and lead them in spiritual growth.
God, strengthen and empower them according to your glorious might.
God, have them rely on the supernatural strength and energy of the Holy Spirit.
